The Task List report is similar to the My Task List in that it provides a list of outstanding tasks (Project Schedule tasks and Event Schedule tasks). This report has the ability to multi-select Offices, Clients and Employees, either by Employee name or by Roles. The display on the actual report can be customized by selecting which information to include.
Select Project Management button from the Main Menu. Click Reports and then select Task List.
Using the table below, select the options to be printed on the report. These options will determine which records print, which columns will display and what order the items will display on your report.

Office |
All Offices - To include jobs associated with all offices, select the All Offices button. or Choose Offices - Select the Choose Offices radio button to include jobs associated with specific offices on the report. Then highlight the office to display. To select multiple offices to print, hold the CTRL key on the keyboard while clicking on each office. |
Client |
All Clients - Select the radio button for All Clients to have each Clients information print to the report. or Choose Clients - Select Choose Clients radio button to indicate specific clients to display on the report. Then highlight the client to display. To select multiple clients to print, hold the CTRL key on the keyboard while clicking on each client. |

Employees / Roles |
By Employees: All Employees - Select the radio button for All Employees to have each Employees' information print to the report. or Choose Employees - Select Choose Employees radio button to indicate specific Employees to display on the report. Then highlight the client to display. To select multiple Employees to print, hold the CTRL key on the keyboard while clicking on each Employees.
By Roles: All Roles- Select the radio button for All Roles print to the report. or Choose Roles - Select Choose Roles radio button to indicate specific Roles to display on the report. Then highlight the Roles to display. To select multiple Roles to print, hold the CTRL key on the keyboard while clicking on each Role. |

Include Completed Tasks |
Select the checkbox to include all completed tasks for the specific client/division/product. |

Account Executives |
All Account Executives - Select the radio button for All Account Executives to have each Account Executives information print to the report. or Choose Account Executives- Select Choose Account Executives radio button to indicate specific Account Executives to display on the report. Then highlight the client to display. To select multiple Account Executives to print, hold the CTRL key on the keyboard while clicking on each Account Executive. |

Manager |
Select the Manager, using the dropdown to select a Manager 'Manager' is a custom field label and is designated in Advantage | Maintenance | Project Schedule | Settings - Assignments tab. |

Only Unassigned Tasks |
Select the checkbox to include only tasks that are unassigned. |

Exclude Unassigned Tasks |
Select the checkbox to exclude tasks that are unassigned. |

Date Options |
Start Date |
Enter the start date or select the calendar widget and within the pop up calendar, left click on the desired date. |
End Date |
Enter the end date or select the calendar widget and within the pop up calendar, left click on the desired date. |

Past Due Only |
Select this radio button and it overrides the Start and End date options. The report displays past due tasks only. |

Job Schedule Comments |
Type - Select the format that the report is to be displayed, by using the Type dropdown. Options are PDF, Excel, Text and Rich Text.
Save My Options - Select the Save My Options checkbox to retain the selection criteria used for this report. If this option is selected when on the exit of the screen, the next time this operator id returns to this screen, these same options will display. Please de-select these options should not be the defaulted options the next time you return to this screen.
To generate the report, click on the View button.
If a task is marked as Temp Complete, a X will display after the Due Date. If a task has been marked as Completed, a Completed Date will display.
If the cookies are deleted from the browser, the saved options are deleted.
