The Accounting Cash Dashboard is comprised of two sections: Cash Balance and AR Cash Forecast.

The Cash Balance object displays the current total cash balance for the associated bank accounts and their respective cash balances. Only banks that have a GL Account set as a current asset for the AR cash account will display in the Cash Balance object.
It includes the following Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable information:
Total Cash - Total cash balance.
Cash Posted Today - Amount of cash that has been posted for the current system date.
Open AP - Amount of open Accounts Payable.
AP Due Today - Amount of Accounts Payable due for the current system date.
AP % of Cash - Percentage of how much of the Accounts Payable is part of the current cash total.
Open AR - Amount of open Accounts Receivable.
AP % of Open AR - Percentage of how much of the Accounts Receivable is part of the current cash total.
Bank - Displays the Bank name, Account Number and Current Balance.
Use the Refresh icon to refresh results.
To print the Cash Balance, click the Print icon.
The AR Cash Forecast Display selected Clients, in a grid format, who have an outstanding invoice total amount (includes the On Account amount in the total balance). It displays their overall average number of days from the original invoice due date to remit payment and the current month plus three months forecasted possible payments.
A filter is available to narrow down the outstanding invoices that display. Click on the Filter row to display the filter options:

Use the Change page navigational arrows to view all records. Control the number of records to display using the Page size option.
To print the AR Cash Forecast, click the Print icon. To export the AR Cash Forecast to Excel, click the Export to Excel icon.
The Dashboard is limited by Office using the Employee Office Limits security application in Advantage | Security | Employee Office or in Advantage | Maintenance | Accounting | Employee - Security & Passwords tab.
