The Accounting Dashboard is comprised of three sections: Current Ratio Graph, Current Ratio and Direct Expense Alert.

Displays the current assets from the balance sheet divided by the current liabilities from the balance sheet based on a select period of time in graph form.

Period Range - Select the periods from the dropdown. The default period range is set in Advantage | Maintenance | Management | Agency Builder.
Office - The option to filter the results based on Office is available by selecting an Office from the Office dropdown and clicking Refresh.
To print the Current Ratio Graph, click the Print icon.
The Dashboard results are limited by Office using the Employee Office Limits security application in Advantage | Security | Employee Office or in Advantage | Maintenance | Accounting | Employee - Security & Passwords tab.

Displays expenses that are equal to or greater than the dollar limit determined in Agency Builder Maintenance.
Direct Expense Details - Click on the Magnifying Glass to view details of the Direct Expense.
Documents - Click the Documents icon to view the documents uploaded to the Accounts Payable. Click here to view more information regarding Documents.
Period Range - Select the periods from the dropdown. The default period range using the End Period entered in the Advantage | Maintenance | Management | Agency Builder.
Office - The option to filter the results based on Office is available by selecting an Office from the Office dropdown and clicking Refresh.
To print the Direct Expense Alert, click the Print icon.
The Total amount is an accumulated total for all Expense Reports included, not just the Expense Reports currently displayed on the page.
