The Executive Dashboard consists of three Objects.
Displays documents and links entered through Document Manager at the level Desktop Object and Desktop Object Executive Desktop.
To view all documents with a particular file type, select from the Type dropdown. Options available are:

Form
File
Document
Policy
Procedure
Link
To view a document, click on the File icon.
Employee Office Security applies to this Desktop Object.
If the employee is limited to specific Offices in the Advantage | Security | Employee Office application, only the documents attached at that Office Level will be available.
If the employee is not limited to specific Office(s), but has a default Office assigned in the Advantage | Maintenance | Accounting | Employee application, any documents attached at that Office Level and documents attached not associated with an Office, will be available.
If the employee is not limited to specific Office(s) or is not assigned a default Office, all documents attached to the Executive Level will be available.
If a document was uploaded in Document Manager as Private, Group Application Security must be marked as Allowed for Document Manager - Private Documents.
The Billing Trends object displays a by year comparison for all clients or individual clients production and media billing trends, with the option of filtering based on Sales Class. It displays in a line chart with data markers for each posting period (not actual month) to include the current year. The chart can be viewed for the sum of production and media billing or production or media only.
A filter is available to narrow down the trends that display. The available filter options are:

Once done, click on the Filter row to close the filter. Use the Refresh icon to refresh results. The Year From / Year To filter criteria will be saved. If the browser cookie has been cleared, these column display changes will not be saved.
To print the Billing Trends, click the Print icon.
The objects results are limited by Office using the Employee Office Limits security application in Advantage | Security | Employee Office or in Advantage | Maintenance | Accounting | Employee - Security & Passwords tab.
Displays a series of goals and indicators based on Billing, Gross Income and Operating Expense for the selected time period based on information from the General Ledger.
Billing - All amounts in the account type of Income. Displayed in Red on the graph.
Gross Income - Billing minus all amounts in account type of Expense - COS. Displayed in Gold on the graph.
Operating Expense - All amounts in account type of Expense - Operating, including Payroll. Displayed in Purple on the graph.
Payroll - All amounts in account type of Expense - Operating marked as Payroll (Advantage | General Ledger | Maintenance - Chart of Accounts). Displayed in Green on the graph.
Overhead - Operating Expense minus Payroll. Displayed in Orange on the graph.
Net Profit - Gross Income minus Operating Expense. Displayed in Teal on the graph.
Does not include Expense Taxes.
The flag indicators alert the agency as to whether or not they have met their goals as defined in Agency Builder Maintenance.

All data is derived from the General Ledger based on the account types. User must Update to Summary to ensure all data is included.
Period Range - Select the periods from the dropdown. The default period range is set in Advantage | Maintenance | Management | Agency Builder.
Office - The option to filter the results based on Office is available by selecting an Office from the Office dropdown and clicking Refresh.
To print the Agency Goals, click the Print icon.
