Office - The Office Limits security is used to limit offices by employee for Webvantage applications, dashboards and reports. Applications / Dashboards / Reports
That include Job or Job Component will use the Office at the Job level.
That do not include a Job or Job Component will use the Office at the Product level.
That include Employees could use the Employee's Home Office. If an Employee does not have a Home Office designated, they could be excluded from the selection list. This can vary depending on the application, dashboard or report.
That include Vendor will use the Vendor's designated Office. If a Vendor does not have an Office designated, they could be excluded from the selection lit. This can vary depending on the application, dashboard or report.
Limit User Client/Products - The Limit User Client/Product security is used to limit the employee to view, modify and create jobs and job related applications for specific Clients / Divisions / Products. Limit User Employee Codes - The Limit User Employee Codes security is used to restrict an employee from viewing and modifying other employees' activities, such as Timesheet entry or Reporting.
