User Limits Security

 

Many applications within Webvantage are controlled by security setting within Advantage.

Office - The Office Limits security is used to limit offices by employee for Webvantage applications, dashboards and reports. Limit User Client/Products - The Limit User Client/Product security is used to limit the employee to view, modify and create jobs and job related applications for specific Clients / Divisions / Products. Limit User Employee Codes - The Limit User Employee Codes security is used to restrict an employee from viewing and modifying other employees' activities, such as Timesheet entry or Reporting.
