This option sets the displayed logos and wallpapers for Client Portal at a default level and for individual Clients. To setup Client Portal Users, use the Advantage | Security | Client Portal User Setup.
Select Security from the Main Menu. Select Client Portal Settings to display the Client Portal - General Settings window.
Webvantage - Enter the folder name of the application path for Webvantage.
Client Portal - Enter the folder name of the application path for Client Portal. When an Alert is sent to a Client Contact, this URL will be included in the email notification.
This will ensure when an email is sent with the Alert that the correct application (Webvantage or Client Portal) will display when the link within the Alert is clicked.
When updated, click Save. Use the Clear button to discard any changes made prior to Save.
To create client specific or generic Client Portal settings, click the Client Portal Customization button. Customization allows for a default logo and colors to be created.
To setup for all Clients, select [Default Client Portal Settings] from the dropdown, or select the individual Client.
To setup individual Logos and Colors per client, select the client from the dropdown. The selected logo and colors will be used for that client.
Logo - Upload a logo to display when signing into Webvantage. Maximum size for logo is 200KB. Use the Upload link to upload a new logo. Use the Remove link to remove the logo.
Enable Agency Branding selected in Agency Settings.
Colors - Select the Allow users to set their own checkbox to allow users to customize their colors.
Accent Color - Select a color to customize the Desktop.
Login Color - Select this option to use the selected color when logging into Client Portal.
Once completed, click the Save button. To not save changes made, click the Cancel button.
