This option determines the Document Management Repository settings. The settings entered here determine where the document repository will reside.
Select Security from the Main Menu. Click on Repository Settings to display the Document Repository Settings window.
Path - Enter the path in which the Document Repository resides. This can be a local drive or a UNC path. This location must be a shared location that is accessible from those machines from which you want users to open and work with these documents.
Domain – Enter the Domain name. If the path is on a local drive, the domain would be the local machine. If it is a network drive, it would be a network domain.
User ID/Password - Enter the User ID and Password for the Document Repository. This allows the read, write, modify, and delete rights to the Document Repository.
File Size Limit - Enter the size limit for files that are uploaded to the Document Manager. If the file exceeds the designated file size, the file will not be uploaded. This limit applies to documents uploaded through Document Manager and through Alert Attachments. Individual documents uploaded are limited to a file size of 500 MB each.
Total Repository Size Limit - Enter the size limit, in gigabytes, for the Total Document Repository allowed. If no limit is entered, there is no size limit for the Document Repository Settings.
Missing Expense Thumbnails - Indicates if thumbnails are missing for Expense Report Receipts. Option to Fix Thumbnails is available.
Currently Using - Displays the current Repository Size usage. This will also be displayed in graph form.
Note: To manage the size of the document repository, set up the ‘Document Repository Capacity Warning’ service in Advantage Services Settings. Refer to the documentation in Advantage | Advantage Services for more information on the setup steps for the service.
Click Save to save the settings. Click the Cancel button to cancel the settings.
