Security Report

The Security Report displays each user's security setup, combining Advantage Security and Webvantage Security.

Select Security from the Main Menu. Click on the Reports button to access the Security Report application.

The Security Report will automatically display, there are no selection options for the report. The report will list each employee's security settings, including their User Code and what Group(s) they are associated with. The report indicates if the user is blocked from the application and if they have access to print, update,add new and allowed access to custom security settings.

Can Print, Can Update, Can Add and Custom 1 & 2 - if blank indicates that those options are not available for that Modules.

On the View Report, use the toolbar to navigate through the report, print or save the report. Use the Back button, after the Collapse All option, to return to the Security Report selection.
