Quote vs Actuals

Select Project Management button from the Main Menu. Click on the Dashboards/Queries button to access the Quote vs. Actual screen.

The Quote vs. Actual provides a summary and detailed listing of all job information comparing the Estimate to Actuals, Employee Time, Vendor, Purchase Order, Client Out of Pocket and Billed Amount, including variances. The Quote vs Actual query will display all open job/components.

An 'Excel-like' filter and sorting is available. To sort in an ascending / descending order, click on the column header.

The column will automatically sort in an ascending order and a Ascending arrow will appear. To sort in a descending order, click the Ascending arrow. The column will automatically sort in a descending order and a Descending arrow will appear.

Each column also has a Filter button that can be used to further limit the jobs displaying. Click on the filter and select the criteria.

To view the Quote vs Actual data for a job, highlight the job and click the Select button. The standard Quote Vs Actual Summary will display.
