QvA (My)

 

The QvA (My) dashboard displays the Quoted Amounts for each job component and compares it to the Actual Amounts. It only displays the Projects assigned to the user logged in. The threshold percentage is used to determine the level of variance between the Quoted and Actual amounts. To customize the display of QvA dashboard, either click on the Column Preferences icon or right click on a column heading. A Columns popup will display near the column headings of the grid. Hover the mouse over to select the columns to be displayed. All selections (or un-selections) will automatically be saved. When completed, click outside the Columns popup.

Multiple options can be selected by holding down the Ctrl key while selecting.

Additional Filters:

When done click the Save button.

Campaign Estimate - To group the Quoted and Actual data by Campaign Estimate, click the Campaign Estimate button (to the right of the refresh icon).

Campaign Job - To group the Quoted and Actual data by Job, click the Campaign Job button.

Consolidate Jobs - To consolidate jobs with multiple components, click the Job button (to the right of the refresh icon).

To sort the results by Client, Project, Due Date, Quote Qty/Hrs, Actual Qty/Hrs, % of Quote, Quote Total, Actual Total or % of Quote Amt, click on the column heading within the dashboard.

The colored flags represent variance status:

Click the Magnifying Glass to view summary, detail or billing information for the job.  To export the QvA to Excel, click on the Export to Excel button. This option is available from the Summary, Detail and Billing tabs.

The Detail information has the ability to Collapse or Expand the functions. To not show function detail, click the Collapse button (located top right corner). To display the function detail, click the Expand button (located top right corner).

The drill down displays the detail information that itemize the quoted and actual amounts for each job component.

Use the filter tab to change the Non Billable Breakout Options. Non Billable hours and charges are excluded from the actual charges and QvA comparisons when broken out separately. Any changes made to the filter will remain until new filter criteria are selected and saved.  

Click the Project link to view the Job Jacket. When the Job Jacket is accessed from this dashboard, the PMD (Project Management Dashboard) will be available.

The dashboard results are limited by Office using the Employee Office Limits security application in Advantage | Security | Employee Office or in Advantage | Maintenance | Accounting | Employee - Security & Passwords tab.

Use the Change page navigational arrows to view all records.

To print the QvA, click on the Print icon. To sort the report by Client, Project, Quote Qty/Hrs, Actual Qty/Hrs, % of Quote, Quote Total, Actual Total or % of Quote Amt, click on the column heading. When completed, click Print.

To export the Task List to Excel, click the Excel icon.


Security
