The Service Fee (My) dashboard provides a snapshot of fees billed in the selected time frame, and a measurement of fee time that has been posted based on the user logged in.
The system determines what to categorize as fee based on the settings in the Service Fee Reconciliation program.
A filter is available to narrow down My Service Fees. Click on the Filter row to display the following filter options:
Period Range - Select a start and end Posting Period. The Period Range is defaulted from Maintenance | Management | Agency Builder application - Default Posting Period Range, but can be modified as needed.
Option for Fee Time - Select which option for Fee Time to include:
None
Employee Default Department
Employee Time Entry
Job/Component
Group Options - Select to group the results by Client or by Client/Division/Product
Fee Type - Check this option to include Fee Type.
Once done, click on the Filter row to close the Filter. Use the Refresh icon to refresh results.
A Bar Chart will display showing the Service Fee by Client or Client/Division/Product, depending on the filter Group By selection, including the option to display Fee Type.
If multiple Clients are listed, the Bar Chart displays for the first Client in the listing. To view a specific Clients data, click on the Client in the grid to change the Bar Chart to reflect that Client's data.

* Division, Product, Fee Type - Will display when Grouping by Client/Division/Product and/or Fee Type is selected.
To view the information using an alternate grouping method, double click on the Bar Chart to view Client, Client/Division/Product or Fee Type details using the custom Group By Options. Multiple Group By Options can be selected at the same time.

To print the My Service Fee, click the Print icon. To export the My Service Fee to Excel, click the Export to Excel icon.
Use the Change page navigational arrows to view all records. Control the number of records to display using the Page size option.
The dashboard results are controlled by the settings in the My Dashboard Definitions in Maintenance | General | My Dashboard Definition and by Office using the Employee Office Limits security application in Advantage | Security | Employee Office or in Advantage | Maintenance | Accounting | Employee - Security & Passwords tab.
