Integration Settings is used for a variety of uses:
Synchronize appointments and tasks with Webvantage/Advantage Calendar.
Setup interface from Sugar CRM Calendar to Webvantage/Advantage Calendar for appointments.
Setup integration with Proof HQ to facilitate file reviews and markup processes.
From the Main Menu select Maintenance. Expand the General section and select Integration Settings to display the Integration Settings screen.
All changes made to this application are automatically saved.
Sync With Google Calendar - Select this option to automatically synchronize the Webvantage Calendar Appointments with Google Calendar and Google Calendar Appointments with the Webvantage Calendar. This occurs for new, modified and deleted appointments. See Calendar Integrations documentation for information on Google Calendar Setup.
Google Calendar synchronization utilizes the Time Zone setting in Webvantage | Maintenance | General | Time Zone.
Sync With Outlook - Select this option to automatically synchronize Webvantage Calendar Appointments with Outlook and Outlook Appointments with the Webvantage Calendar. This occurs for new, modified and deleted appointments. See Calendar Integrations documentation for information on Advantage & Outlook Add-In Setup.
Use Exchange Server Sync - Select this option to synchronize using Exchange server.
Sync with SugarCRM - Select this option to synchronize with SugarCRM.
SugarCRM Web Service URL - Enter the path for the SugarCRM URL. This path will be used in synchronizing with SugarCRM.
Enable Proof HQ integration - Select this option to activate Proof HQ.
Use only 1 account system wide - Select this option to use 1 account. If un-checked, setup account information for each employee in Employee Maintenance.
Proof HQ system wide account user name - Enter valid account user name.
Proof HQ system wide account password - Enter valid account password.

Enable DoubleClick integration - Select this option to activate DoubleClick.
DoubleClick Profile ID - Select a valid Profile ID number.
DoubleClick Report ID - Enter valid Report ID number.

Enable QuickBooks Online Integration - Select this option to activate QuickBooks Online Integration.
Check the Enable box to be directed to the Intuit QuickBooks Online login page. Once successfully logged in, a message will appear asking the user to allow QuickBooks Online database to communicate with Advantage. Once confirmed, the user will be redirected back to the Webvantage Integration Settings page.

CSI Company ID - Create an account with CSI to gain access to AdvantagePay. Enter the provided company ID into this field.

When first accessing the Integration Settings application, default settings are established as follows:
Google Calendar
Sync with Google Calendar - Checked
Outlook Calendar
Sync with Outlook - Checked
Use Exchange Server Sync - Blank / Null
SugarCRM Calendar
Sync with SugarCRM - Checked
SugarCRM Web Service URL - Blank / Null When restoring defaults, the SugarCRM Web Service URL will be deleted.
User Name and Password are maintained in Employee Maintenance.
Proof HQ
Proof HQ - Blank / Null
Use only 1 account system wide - Blank / Null
Proof HQ system wide account user name - Blank / Null When restoring defaults, the system wide account user name and password will be deleted.

QuickBooks
Enable QuickBooks Online integration - Unchecked
CSI
CSI Company ID - Blank / Null
To restore the default setting, click on Restore Default icon, located in the top right corner. A message confirming that the defaults are to be loaded will display. Click Yes to load the defaults. Click No to cancel loading of the defaults.
Sugar v6.20.0 (must be accessible by the Advantage service)
Aqua v6.70.00 or higher
Verify Calendar Sync is Authorized - Access the Google account (https://myaccount.google.com). Scroll to section 'Connected Apps and Services' / View All Account Permissions - verify Advantage Calendar Sync is listed.
Verify appointments are synced - Verify appointments created in either calendar should be synced after the calendar service has run.
Click the x on the Integration Settings popup to exit the application.
