For most applications and dashboards that contain a Job and Component Number, a Unity menu is available for quick access to all applications and some actions related to that Job / Component.
Within an application, right click anywhere on the screen to access the Unity menu. The following processes are available from the Unity menu:

When sending an assignment with a job that has an Alert Workflow assigned, the Workflow Template will automatically be selected. This can be overridden. |

Sub Categories: Alerts, Documents, Creative Brief, Specifications, Change Order, Version, Estimate, Schedule, Boards, QvA, Purchase Orders, Events and Snapshot |

Not all applications / processes may be available on the Unity menu, as it is dependent on User's Security settings and where the Unity menu was accessed from.
