The ability to print and send application reports is available on various applications using the Print/Send options on the toolbar. There are 5 options available in the Print/Send section of the toolbar and also in the Utility Menu (right clicking on the application):
Print - Creates the report by using the established default settings by user / saved options from the Print Options. Once selected, the report will be downloaded.
Send Alert - Displays the Send Alert popup for completion. The alert will include the attachment.
Send Assignment - Displays the Send Assignment popup for completion. This assignment will include the attachment.
Send Email - Displays the Send email popup for completion. The email will include the attachment (based on agency settings).
Print Options - Displays the Print/Send options where various formats, location, print options can be selected and saved. User can print the report or opt to send an alert or email.

Reports may be created to provide a quick view of information from Advantage data. Most reports have selection criteria screens that provide user definable selections and limit the data that will print on your reports. Some reports will offer the ability to view and print only. Some reports, like the Open Job Report and Task List have Reporting Services built in which allow for the report to be exported to an Excel or Acrobat (PDF) file.

Select the selection options for your report. Please refer to the individual report topic for specific information relating to the selection screen.
Certain applications have the option to Print and/or Send a report. The report generated is named using application, client and/or job number.
IMPORTANT: If a Pop Up Blocker is enabled it will interfere with the display of the reports. Either adjust the settings for the Pop up Blocker or disabled it when in Webvantage.
Reports that offer reporting services will offer two choices to export information. Export as an Excel spreadsheet or an Adobe Acrobat .PDF. Where these choices exist a pop down will be seen where one of these formats can be selected. Use the print option within the exported application to print a physical copy of the report.
In AR Statements a Submit button is seen as well as a View button. Please see the section on AR Statements to review the differences between these.
Select the output for your report using the pop down list then click on View or Submit (if in AR Statements) to send your report to your preferred output. The formats available include:
Excel - Generates a excel spreadsheet view which may be saved to a file that can be opened using Microsoft Excel.
Acrobat (PDF) File -Generates a report that can be printed or viewed using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
If you export a report using an Excel option and select the option to
Open, when you print the next report using Excel it will automatically
Open. To avoid this, click the Refresh icon prior to doing an additional
export of your report.
Select Exit button in the upper right side of the screen to exit Excel.
