Displays, using a visual gage, of the accomplished (goal) hours for the month, the billable hours achieved and the hours required to meet the goal.
Monthly billable hours goal is maintained in Advantage | Maintenance | Accounting | Employee or Employee Update.
Use the Month and Year dropdown to change the month/year for the Billable Hours Goal.
Use the Refresh icon to refresh results.
To print the Billable Hours Goal, click the Print icon.
This object measures direct time entered to display direct time entered by hours OR dollars accumulated on projects and compared against approved forecasts (entered in Employee Time Forecast application). Data will be displayed for all Employee Time Forecasts that meet the filter criteria.
A filter is available to narrow down the Employee Time Forecast data that will display.
From (Month/Year) - Use the dropdown to select a starting Month and Year to filter the Employee Time Forecast.
To (Month/Year) - Use the dropdown to select an ending Month and Year to filter the Employee Time Forecast.
Department - Use the dropdown to narrow the Employee Time Forecast results by a Department.
Grouping Options - Select to group the Employee Time Forecast by Office, Department and/or Employee. Multiple options can be selected.
Include Alternate Employees - Select this option to include Alternate Employees in the Employee Time Forecast. This will include Alternate Employee's forecasted hours.
Include Job Detail - Select this option to display Job Detail. This information will be available when drilling down into the Employee Time Forecast Dashboard.
Include Only Forecasted Jobs - Select this option to only include Employee Time Forecasts that have jobs associated.
The results will dynamically adjust based on the filter criteria selected.
To customize the display of the My Employee Time Forecast object, click on the Column Preference icon, or right click on a column heading. Options available are:

The Timesheets object includes:
Timesheet for the week with number of hours entered.
Number of Missing Days or Hours (depending on settings)
Number of Denied Timesheets
Ability to Add Time (Add) using a popup window.
Ability to Find Time (Search) using the advanced search window.
To access a specific day from the Timesheet Object, click on that date to display the Timesheet entry application. This will only display the current day you selected from the object.
When the Days to Display is set to 5 days, it will show the days Monday thru Friday, regardless of what day is set to start the week.
To view the entire week, click on the View entire week link at the bottom of the Timesheet Object - it will display the entire 7 days of the week. When days to display is 7, based on selection in Agency Timesheet Settings, the work week can start on Saturday, Sunday or Monday.
If the Missing Time alert feature is activated, when an employee is missing time, a red warning icon will display in the following:
Side Panel (above Dashboard)
Hover over the red warning icon to display the amount of time that is missing and/or the number of timesheet records have been denied (from Supervisor Approval).
Once any time has been entered by the employee, all missing time notifications are cleared from this object until the next time the service runs. The Missing Time application is activated from Advantage Services.
To access the days that are marked as missing and/or denied, click on the red warning icon. A popup will display with two sections: Missing Time and Denied. To enter time for a particular day, click on the Date link.
If the Missing Time alert feature is NOT activated, and Supervisor Approval is activated for timesheets, when an employee's timesheet has been denied, the red warning icon will still be displayed.
Click on the red warning icon and select the Denied Time date link. Modify the denied time and click the Set Approval button to resubmit the timesheet to the supervisor.
The Add Time window is available from various places within Webvantage. Depending on the area from which it is accessed, either the Add Time or the Add Time (From Task) window will be displayed, and some information such as the current date, job number, component number and default function will automatically be inserted into the appropriate fields. If default information is not available, the user will type in the required data or a message will be displayed with any problems that need to be resolved. The standard hierarchy for inserting the Timesheet Function is as follows:
If Task is available:
If a default function has been established for the task on the related Project Schedule (1) or in Task Maintenance (2), it will default into the Function field.
If a default function is not found to be associated with the task, if a default function has been established for the employee in Employee Maintenance, it will default into the Function field.
If Task is not available:
If a default function has been established for the employee in Employee Maintenance, it will default into the Function field.
If a default Function is not found, select a valid function.
From Add Time, after confirming or entering required data, enter hours and comments and click Save. The date cannot be changed.
If the Timesheet Comments Required option is selected in Agency Maintenance, comments will be required before saving.
From Add Time (From Task), after confirming or entering required data, enter hours and comments and click Save. The project (job) information cannot be changed.
This window also includes the ability to mark the task complete, add task comments, add a percent complete, and completed comments for the task. If the Timesheet Comments Required option is selected in Agency Maintenance, comments will be required before saving.
From the Timesheet Object, click on the Plus icon. Select a Job, Component. If a default function has been established for the employee in Employee Maintenance, it will default into the Function field. If not, select a valid Function. Enter Hours and Comments (as desired), and click on Save to add the new row directly to the Timesheet.
If the Timesheet Comments Required option is selected in Agency Maintenance, comments will be required before saving.
To find Timesheets based on various criteria, click on the Search icon.

Display current week's time sheet entries by day and number of hours in a graph form.
When days to display is 7, based on selection in Agency Timesheet Settings, the work week can start on Saturday, Sunday or Monday.
If the Missing Time alert / Supervisor Approval feature(s) is activated, when an employee is missing time, a red warning icon will display.
