The In/Out Board (All) dashboard is designed at an Administrator level with the ability to update other employees' in / out time.

Green icon indicates that the Employee is IN |

Red icon indicates that the Employee is OUT |
Use the Group by dropdown to sort employees by Office, Department or by Office/Department.
To change an employee's In/Out status:
Select Employee - Use the dropdown to select an employee to change their In/Out status.
To
log OUT of the office, click on the green

This
will change the green IN
icon will turn to a yellow IN
Comment - Enter a comment/reason on why the employee is OUT of the office. Expected Return - Enter the date the employee is expected back IN the office, or use the calendar widget to select the date. Click the Save button. Use the Cancel button to exit without saving. |
Once
Saved, the icon turns to a red
OUT
This indicates that the Employee is OUT. |
To
log back IN the office, click on the red
OUT |
This
will change the red OUT icon
to the green IN |

Use the Refresh icon to refresh results.
Advantage Services can be setup to automatically log all users 'Out'.
