Password Policy requirements will apply when passwords are added or changed.
The main log in page for both Advantage and Webvantage provides users with two utilities to manage their own passwords.
Change Password gives the ability for the user to control their own passwords for the modules outlined below.
Select Security from the Main Menu. Select the Change Password to display the Change Password window. For each of the applications that are available, enter the following:
Adassist - To create or modify a password for access to Adassist Reports, a separate reporting system for Advantage.
* Billing Approval - Enter a password, up to 20 characters, to access the Billing Approval application. This option changes the password for the Billing Approval application that is required to access the on-line Billing Approval. This is a separate password used to add an additional level of security to the Billing Approval application.
Email - Allows User Email Address / Password to be entered or modified. Includes option to activate / deactivate Advantage Calendar Sync.
Google - Enable/Disable Gmail, Calendar and DCM Ad Serving integration.

Sugar CRM - Allows User Name / Password to be entered or modified.

User Name - Enter employee's user name, up to 100 characters
Password - Enter the employee's password, up to 100 characters
Adobe Signature File - Digital signatures are now available on PDF's attached to Alerts and Alert Assignments. Using either an official Adobe signature file or standard signature, users are able to electronically approve PDF's in addition to routing the PDF's to staff members using the alert system. The digital signature will be used in Alerts and Assignments sent in Webvantage when there is an attachment associated.
File - Click the Select button to choose the employee's Adobe digital signature file. Use signature files with an extension of (*.pfx) PFX files or (*.p12) P12 Files.
Password - Enter the employee's password, up to 100 characters.
The signature and password are created in Adobe. If an actual Adobe digital signature file is not attached in the Employee record, the system uses a digital generic signature generated by the system.
If a signature file is found (exists) in the employee record, that signature is placed on top of the digital generic signature. If a signature file does not exist, the system digital generated signature will be used.
VCC - Allows User Name / Passwords to be entered or modified.
Enter / Modify User Name, up to 100 characters
Enter the old (original) password
Enter the new password, up to 100 characters
When done, click the Save button. Use the Close button to close the application.
* In order for the application password to be available in Change Password, a password for that application must already be assigned for that user through Advantage Security.
