The aqua menu, from the sidebar, offers the option to add new records, search for records, customize workspace, etc.

*Job Request is accessible from New, Find and Search.
Use this menu to quickly access the Add New for the following processes:

Standard Security applies - if user is blocked from adding a new record, the Add New option will not be available.
Use this menu option to directly access the Find (search) screen for the following applications:
Authorization to Buy - Opens the Find Authorization to Buy Media Orders search.
Campaign - Opens the Find Campaign search.
Document - Opens the Advanced Document Search (from Document Manager).
Estimate - Opens the Find Estimate search.
Job Jacket - Opens the Find Job Jacket search.
Job Request - Opens the Find Job Request search.
Project Schedule - Opens the Find Project Schedule search.
Purchase Order - Opens the Find Purchase Order search.
Time - Opens the Find Time search.
Find across modules - Opens a Search popup.
Use this menu option to search various applications by using keywords, with the ability to search Exact verbiage. When using Exact, the search entry must match exactly to the selected application/options.
Example: Exact verbiage of 'Plan Meeting' matches the Task Description in Schedule and will display in the results. The entry of just 'Meeting' does not exactly match that Task Description and therefore will not be included in the results.
To select which applications and options to search in, click the Search In icon (right of the Search button) to select from the following:
Once completed, click the Save button. To exit the Search In click the x on the top right corner.

My Settings - Look & Feel - Allows the user to customize the look and feel of Webvantage by choosing various options. As options are selected, the 'monitor' will reflect the changes prior to saving.

Background
Workspace color - Use the dropdown to select a color for the workspace.
Sidebar color - Use the dropdown to select a color for the sidebar.
Workspace and Sidebar colors can also be managed by using the color palette icon next to your name in the user sidebar.
Icon Style - Select the icon style for the sidebar: White or Dark Grey
Use workspace color on Sign In page - Click the Use workspace color on Sign In page option to have the selected workspace color as background when logging into Webvantage.
Left Side Bar
Show Aqua Menu - Select this option to show the aqua menu sidebar.
Show Module Menu - Select this option to show the module menu sidebar.
Theme - Select a theme to use to display Webvantage: Small or Large. This can also be changed using the toggle icon next to the User's name in the Summary panel.
Workspace Options
Float Objects - Select if the Workspace Objects will be docked or able to float on the workspace.
Docked - The Workspace Objects are displayed within the panels selected within Workspace Manager and cannot be adjusted.
Float - When the float menu is used, all the Workspace Objects on the desktop can be moved around the desktop and resized as desired.
Enable Weather - Use this option show current weather, located when hovering over the date on the menu bar. (This option is available when Agency Settings has this option selected.) If there is a delay when signing into Webvantage, disable Weather.
My Profile - Allows the user to upload personal information:
Employee Picture - Select a profile picture that can be displayed within Webvantage Calendar. Image dimensions must be approximately 1" x 1" and a maximum size of image is 32,765 Bytes (32.7K)
Nickname - Enter a nickname that can be used within Webvantage Calendar.
Option available based on Security setup.
Profile Administration - Used to apply profiles to all users at the same time, including photographs and user's nicknames.
My Time Zone - Allows the user to set their own time zone that will override both the Agency Time Zone and Database Server Time Zone settings in Webvantage | Maintenance | General | Time Zone. The time zone is used in the Desktop Objects In/Out Board, In/Out Board (All), Alert Assignments and in Alert listing, Inbox listing, Alert Header, Alert Comments and the Alert e-mail body.
Time Zone set accounts for Daylight Savings Time in Alert Comments, Alert Attachments, Inboard/Outboard Object, Media Manager, Reviews and VCC Dashboard Transactions.
This option will only be available if BOTH the Agency and Database Time Zones are set in Webvantage | Maintenance | General | Time Zone.
Once completed, click the Save button.
Agency Settings allows the agency to customize their employees' look and feel of Webvantage by choosing a default logo (for the login screen) and/or default wallpaper.
Enable Agency Branding - Select the Enable Agency Branding to override My Settings.
Sign In Logo - Upload a logo to display when signing into Webvantage. Maximum size for logo is 200KB. Use the Upload link to upload a new logo. Use the Remove link to remove the logo.
Show logo on workspaces - Select this option to display the Logo updated on each workspace.
Placement of logo - Select placement of where the logo should display on the workspace. Options are: Top Left, Top Right, Center, Bottom Right and Bottom Left
The following criteria must be set in order for the logo to display:
Enable Agency Branding selected in Agency Settings.
Workspace Objects are set to Float in My Settings.
The logo will not display when the Dashboard Workspace is shown.
Workspace Color - Select a color to customize the workspaces.
Sidebar Color - Select a color to customize the sidebars
Use workspace color on Sign In page - Select this option to use the customized workspace color when logging into Webvantage.
Icon Style - Select the color of the icons that display on the sidebars. Options are: White or Dark Grey
Theme - Select a Theme by using the dropdown.
Allow users to set their own - Use this option to let the users select their own Theme using My Settings.
Workspace Options

Float - When the float menu is used, all the Workspace Objects on the desktop can be moved around the desktop and resized as desired. All Workspace Objects will also be included in the Favorite icon on the toolbar, along with any applications marked as Favorites in Workspace Manager. The Favorite icon will appear even if Favorites isn't activated within the Workspace Manager.
Menu - Select if the Webvantage Application Menu will be displayed Horizontally (Full Menu) or vertically (Short Menu). This option can be overridden due to user setup (manage workspace).
Click To Open App Menu - Select this option to require a 'mouse click' to open the application menu.
Click to Open User Menu - Select this option to require a 'mouse click' to open the User menu.
Enable Weather - Use this option show current weather, located when hovering over the date on the menu bar.
Once completed, click the Save button. Click the Close and Refresh button to close Agency Settings and refresh the screen to show the updated changes. To not save changes made, click the Cancel button.
If there is a delay when signing into Webvantage, disable the 'Enable weather' option. Users cannot override this setting.
There are three ways to exit Webvantage:

Click the Sign Out icon on the sidebar (last icon)
Right click anywhere on the Workspace background (not on an application) and select Sign Out.
To access the Webvantage Help file, select the Help option.
Contact Customer Service is used to contact Advantage Software for software support or technical support for questions, report bugs/problems, or to request enhancements.
Select Contact Customer Service to display the Contact Support popup and complete the following information.
Select the type of support needed:
Technical Support - Support for hardware related items.
Software Support - Support for software related items.
The Client Information section will pre-fill the Agency's information, but can be changed if needed.
Name - The Agency's name. Can be modified as needed.
Employee Name - Enter the name of the person to contact for the Contact Customer Service Request. This will default to the user logged in, but can be modified.
Phone - The phone number to be used for a return phone call. Can be modified as needed.
Email - The email address to be used for correspondence. Can be modified as needed.
Address - The Agency's address. Can be modified as needed.
Issue Type – The type of issue being reported. Options available are Bug (default), Problem or Enhancement.
Priority – The severity of the issue. Options available are Low (default), Medium and High.
Description of Issue - A brief explanation of the issue being reported. A detailed and specific explanation will expedite processing. Include a name of the person that support should contact regarding the issue.
Once completed, click the Send button.
Click here to view the About Webvantage information, select the About Webvantage option.
This option allows change in how multiple application windows are displayed, ability to minimize or restore all windows and to close all open applications. When minimizing windows, the minimized header appears at the bottom of the page.
